What is an IBC

What Is An International Business Company?

An International Business Company, commonly called an IBC, is a Corporation created within a Tax Haven, authorised to carry out business anywhere worldwide, with the exception of the country of incorporation. Typically an IBC pays no taxes because the income is generated outside of the Tax Haven. Depending upon the jurisdiction, the beneficial owner of the IBC can remain anonymous through the use of bearer shares or Nominee Directors.
